How do I book a service center appointment for my e-bike?
You can book online in either of these ways:
Northwind Ride app: Open the Service tab.
Northwind website.
Choose a service center and a date and time that work for you. Phone agents can't book service appointments, so you'll need to use the app or website.
How do I book a test ride of the Commuter 5 e-bike at a Northwind E-Bikes service center?
Book your test ride on the Northwind website. The booking page only lists service centers that have a Commuter 5 available to ride. You can also use the store locator to see which centers are closest to you.
What to know before you go
A test ride takes about 30 minutes.
Riders must be 16 or older.
Bring a photo ID.
Wear closed-toe shoes.
Staff will walk you through the controls before you ride.
Tip: Weekends fill up first. For a Saturday, book a few days ahead, or choose a weekday for an easier time of getting a slot.
How do I book a tune-up for a Trail 2?
Book through the Service tab in the Northwind Ride app or on the website. Use the store locator on the site to pick a nearby service center and a time.
What do I need to bring to an e-bike tune-up appointment?
Just the bike. Bring the key too, in case the service center needs to take the battery off.
