Is there a shipping charge for Northwind e-bike orders?
Shipping is free anywhere in the contiguous US.
What should I do if my Northwind e-bike arrives with shipping damage, and can I still ride it?
Report the damage
Keep the box.
Take photos of the outside damage to the box and of the damaged parts (for example, a bent fender).
Within 7 days of delivery, send the photos by replying to the email the company sends you.
Depending on the damage, the company will send replacement parts or a new bike. For a bent fender, it is usually just a new fender.
Can I ride it?
Check the frame and fork first. If either one is damaged, do not ride the bike.
If only the fender is damaged, you can remove the fender and ride the bike.
