What should I do if my Northwind e-bike arrives with shipping damage, and can I still ride it?

Report the damage

1. Keep the box.

2. Take photos of the outside damage to the box and of the damaged parts (for example, a bent fender).

3. Within 7 days of delivery, send the photos by replying to the email the company sends you.

Depending on the damage, the company will send replacement parts or a new bike. For a bent fender, it is usually just a new fender.

Can I ride it?

• Check the frame and fork first. If either one is damaged, do not ride the bike.

• If only the fender is damaged, you can remove the fender and ride the bike.
